Condition of Incoterms
We do provide three ways to a shipment as follows:
FOB at tokyo port, or
CIF at your country port, or
DDP at the destination.
Please provide us all details of your shipping agent information in Japan or your country accurately, if you choose INCOTERMS with “FOB” or “CIF”.
The trade terms shall be interpreted in accordance with INCOTERMS 2010.
Terms of Payment
Remittance 100% of amount of products before when you ordering to us.
Import permission at your country
You will need to get an import permission before import capsule toys in your country.
We also do provide necessary documents such as manufacture certification, products sample and picture, to use the purpose only for an import permission of toys.
Please provide us the information what are necessary documents for it in advance.
Procedure for Shipment
At firstly, we need to confirm your country import permission for toys category.
Products will release about 3 months and a half after your ordering.
- We will ship sample 2 or 3 pieces out to your destination by EMS, meanwhile we will send you products pictures by Email as as attachment PDF file, and other necessary documents.
- You need to submit all of material to ministry of your county to get import permission.
- After you receive a result of import permission, please inform us immediately.
- We will deliver the goods follows our condition of INCOTERMS.
- We will provide necessary documents such as Packing list, INVOICE, B/L, etc.
Sale of stock items
If there is stock items if our warehouse, we are able to ship stock item out to your country immediately, after we confirmed your payment.
